This week on the podcast we have Mike Kohn. They have trained over 50 Team USA Athletes, 7 Olympians, and have help get over 200 athletes to the NCAA Level. Having been there myself, it is an amazing facility that even has reserved parking spots for WADA and USADA from all the incredibly high-level athletes they train. Throughout the episode we talk about programming for different sports and ability levels, building a culture of greatness in the gym, why consistency is king.
