I fully agree with serene aspirations. I am a 36 year old single father living in Charlotte, NC. It all started with my grandfather, who was a Marine and awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, showed my mother how to work hard who then showed me. Raising a son by myself while working hard at managing millennial teenagers that are severely underpaid. This podcast Jocko and Echo is FANTASTIC!! I was definitely screaming ME, ME, ME🤦🏾‍♂️ Thank You Thank You Thank You. Your time, knowledge, expertise, humor, routines and insight are making a difference. Jocko and Echo if you are ever in Pineville North Carolina with a dirty car, I Got You Fam✊🏾THANK YOU👍🏾👌🏾💪🏾👏🏾🙏🏾

I'm curious to know if the people who got the 4.0s legitimately qualified for the 4.0s, or if they were just up for promotion; since seniority can take precedence over qualification if you're "playing the game."
