The Bible says in Proverbs 16:13 that a person who speaks the truth is loved by kings. If only Marvy Snuffleson had remembered that verse the day he fibbed to the RazzleFlabbenz and turned into a very scary creature.
Sometimes when we get new things, we get so caught up playing with them that we don't include others in all the fun. Jean-Claude discovers new heights without his airplane, creating a problem that can only be solved if each and every animal in the jungle will share his stuff.
Jean-Claude the flying squirrel learns about responsibility when he neglects his leaf-cleaning chores and causes all his friends to disappear. Oh and Gruffy acquires a taste for drywall.
The Bible reminds us in Ephesians 4:32 to be kind one to another. Were it only that easy. When Sully the aardvark meets a new friend at the old swimming hole, he learns that sometimes you might also have to be gentle.

Fortunately for Marvy, his visit to RazzleFlabben Island and some eggplant Parmesan from the local Two Guys from Italy restaurant, demonstrate the dangers of being ungrateful.
When Weatherbee the owl goes on vacation ("Once you're on a mailing list...") the old Pliffen Pluffen Ploffen Pear tree starts withering and cheetah Anita worries about it. She manages to get just about everyone into a desperate panic over what to do before they learn a valuable lesson in trusting God. Nozzles feels a little differently about the value of the tree.
The Bible says in Matthew 22:39 that we should love our neighbor as we love ourselves. But what about when a new neighbor moves into your jungle and you start hearing a strange, eerie howling sound? Surely that must be an exception to the rule! Jean-Claude the Flying Squirrel learns the importance of always loving your neighbor, no matter how eerie his howling sounds.
When Marvy Snuffleson's mom reminds him to clean his room, he wishes he could be something besides a kid, and especially a kid who has to clean his room. But after a hair-raising visit with Sven on RazzleFlabben Island ("Tick tock, tick tock, haven't got all day, Marvy!"), Marvy realizes there's nothing better than being exactly who he is.
Gruffy never imagined that simply planting a few bushes would turn his Jungle neighbors into a bunch of lying, berry-thieving scoundrels. Thankfully, a group of cuddly koalas shows up in the nick of time and Gruffy learns it's not a good idea to jump to conclusions.
God created each of us very different from one another. The animals, plants and the trees are different from each other. Thanks to a stranded Sloth, a raging river and a good idea, Sully finds out that even he is special.
