Learn about your Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment rights and what is happening in Luigi's cases related to them.

This is a heavy-hitter. Point blank. I became obsessed with this case because of the absolute insanity of this case. From identity issues to crazy defense theories, this case hits hard. Starting with a personal note as to why I'm doing what I'm doing, I tie the knot with why this case means what it does to me. Richard Allen did not receive a fair trial from the get-go, and is now looking at a very interesting appeal. If you listen to any episode of mine, start with this one.

Welcome back. After a long delay, I decided to publish this conversation between my family over Christmas about the sensationalized killing of the United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Covering prosecutorial discretion, identity, media speculation, and jury nullification.
In a more personal episode, I talk with one of my dad's oldest friends - also a criminal defense lawyer. Originally, this was a follow-up episode covering a RICO case out of Guam, but quickly transformed into old war stories, spanning from weirdly-charged cases to prison conditions and politics in the judicial system in Guam.

A very quick overview of one of the longest trials in Georgia history against one of the biggest hip hop artists of these times: Young Thug. Covering a few issues that are commonly misunderstood, including RICO charges, the difference between civil and criminal contempt, and the use of rap lyrics as evidence and the First Amendment.
After a long hiatus, Juris Deranged is back and covering questions about autopsies and death investigations with Deputy Death Investigator Roy Hubbard. In reviewing the overall death investigation procedure, we look specifically at the death of 90s icon and comedian Bob Saget, and explore whether further investigation might be worthwhile.
In this inaugural episode, Raven talks with Me and Mrs. Always Right, the smart and witty podcast hosts who were kind enough to kickstart this new venture. Me and Mrs. Always Right pose a Questions and Answers sesh with Raven about the Fifth Amendment, what it's like being a criminal defense lawyer, and general information for people navigating interactions with law enforcement. None of this is legal advice but it is a good introduction into the field. Thank you to these two wonderful guests and enjoy this first episode of Juris Deranged, a juris doctor - but deranged.
