Feeling pretty bad.

I'm taking a new approach to my podcast with this one. No script! It's just me and the microphone. Let me know what you think.  Good days and bad days come and go. I can go for a week and feel pretty decent and then, out of the blue,  I crash. My energy level drops through the floor, I can't think straight and all I can manage is laying on the couch and staring out the window. I hate these days. I can't interact with my family or anything else. I feel cheated out of what time I do have left.nd bad days come and go. 2014 was bad for me. I had been fired from my job of 15yrs, divorced from my second wife of 6 months and working at a job that had a travel time of one hour and fifteen minutes. One way. I was seriously considering walking away from my mortgage and just starting over someplace else. I was 51 years old and still believed I could start over. Indeed I could but not in any way I could have  imagine. Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse...guess what? They can and they did.
