You've got a check out Telepathy Tapes!!
the audio kept cutting out towards the end of the episodes on and off. very weird.
Not sure if comments here would help you people at all, but I don't have apple podcast or whatsoever, sorry 😅 But just want to let you know that I agree that the listener sending this question probably knows more than you do. But this episode about romance and relationships/companionships are still very helpful and supportive. Thanks so much for that!
I love this podcast but it seems like there are adverts interrupting so much more often jow, like right in the middle of a serious interview there's a good couple minutes of adverts, it's super jarring! I don't mind them at the end of each segment just not right in the middle!
Amazing ☺️ It's kind of rare to have a podcast to talk about LGBT people and LGBT rights, feminism, polyamorous and being a young weird woman in 2021 in general ! Allison and Gaby are two very different women but both they seem so positive and great to be around, their advices are very good also. They got two different perspectives and that's refreshing.
I'm here from YouTube, love you guys, thanks for all the content 😍
How and where do I leave a review?!
nithya raman gives me hope that there are people in politics actually caring about the people they represent
god I forgot how great of a speaker LeVar Burton is. its an immediate flashback to my childhood.
love this show
This is my favorite podcast! You guys are awesome
Also, promote this on your YouTube channel more please! I didnt find out about it until a year later when it was casually mentioned on the YouTube channel. I don't have other socials and I'm sure some other youtube subscribers don't either so it may help! also, maybe that algorithm would pick it up and reach a new viewer base!!!
So I cant figure out how to leave a review but 5 stars!!! love the podcast, Allison is hilarious and the game show portion is my favorite! I legitimately hope she turns it into a card game some day where you take turns drawing hypothetical cards and then all the players have a handful of cards that finish the hypothetical. Then the person who drew the hypothetical gets to choose their favorite answer! just an idea, I'm sure if it turns into a game Allison will figure out a great way to do it and i would buy it, gift it to friends and family, hypothetically, it would be great! Oh, and Gabbie's cool too.
this therapist used a lotta words to say "just do it anyway" if you're struggling in a relationship. so so so not ok.
I've watched/listened to JBU for years now and I am so happy for Allison! congrats!
I had really high hopes for a whole polyamory-focused segment, but was actually disappointed by the normalization of hierarchy anf implication that having "primaries" was the only way to do things. Also disappointing that listeners should get the impression that polyamory is incompatible with marriage, long'term commitment, and children. (I say as someone who is 30, been with my spouse 12 years, have anoher partner of 5 whom I consider family, and a toddler). I totally understand that your choice of interviewees influences the flow of topics - and absolutely nothing against your rad guest! But it would have been valuable to provide some balancing anecdotes or information, as this might very well be many listeners' first exposure to the topic by people who are actually knowledgeable on it.
great as usual!
Love love love this podcast and this team!
maybe an unpopular opinion but I don't like hypotheticals... the rest is always awesome and wholesome...
I think on the "bad juju" thing if you never admit the bad thing is likely to happen you could end up leading to other people becoming complacent if they believe you. Thanks for another excellent show!!!
