In this episode I talk about men and hiw we deal with many different mental health issues. I also give tips on how to manage mental health concerns.

In this episode we talk about losing 2 babies due to a miscarriage and due to a very rare disease. It was definitely tough times in our lives, but we learned how to work through it with love and support from our family and friends.
