to me, scheduling is ultra important for operations and staff morale. like yourself, I think this thought process is one of the EASIER ways to prove morale. great job.
I have never understood supervisors or schedule makers if they wouldn't consider proving the employee schedule. As you stated doesn't take alot of effort and so greatly appreciated.

love the examples given instead of just saying, Morale needs to be improved. kind of similar to saying , I don't like your attitude, but not actually saying what specifically not liked.

I've often found sarcasm in the work place to be passive aggressive. If allowed to go on too long as a means of communication, it can be perceived as hostile. Thanks for the important topic.
