Hi, this type of meditation is called Vipassana. It was invented in India at the time of Gautam Buddha. I have learned this technique in a meditation camp. Sure it helps a lot !

I 100% relate to how u feel waiting for the perfect mood and perfect setting so I take too much time preparing to do something than actually do it. For me that and fer of success are the two main reasons for procrastination, I think ur advice of feeling excited instead of worried or thinking foo much about it is genius and I will definitely try it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I can so relate to waiting for the right mood to do something. I am currently procrastinating several big important tasks, because I feel like they are going to take a long time to complete, and I am so used to instant gratification. I feel like if I can get into the right mood, I can do them no problem. Issue is, I waited for months for the right mood and it never came. And now I have weeks left until the deadline, so it has to happen somehow, only I am now more stressed than I would have ever been if I had just started earlier.

I looooove your podcasts but I have found that not all platforms have all of your episodes available. Is this on purpose or just a glitch? I just came here from TuneIn and it didn't have half of these episodes, neither does the podcast app on iTunes :( I hate missing all your amazing content.

This topic on who is and who isn't witch is touchy. I will be perfectly honest. I do not believe that Witches and wiccans are the same. There is no law within nature that says you have to go through a trial to determine rather or not you can became a witch. I would say 90% of what you went over on the list does give a good idea of what a witch is. But wearing black doesn't mean anything, and I don't believe tarot or crystals are dark arts. This is just my opinion however. Wiccians have taken something pure and made into something so extra then what it is. Again my opinion. And I totally think you should Koze Coven specially for this upcoming October.

When I was 13 I couldn’t focus on studying for my exams. What helped was listening to Taylor Swift. 10 years later I can’t focus unless I am listening to Taylor 😂 it’s weird I know. If I ever meet I am going to tell her thank you for being my study-buddy from middle school to getting my masters 😂😂😂

This was interesting. personally my favorite podcasts was the themed styled ones like the October ones. personally too many interview based ones there and like how yours is setup to just be you talking. 🙂 I would vote lose the podcasts....

I don't think Jaclyn knows what introvert means. Just a pet peeve of mine passing by. There have also been recent studies that millennials are drinking less and "killing the alcohol industry" haha which I find exciting. Hopefully less people will feel pressured to drink for social reasons. Thanks for sharing your story!
