attention away from your thoughts and feelings and into the present moment.
This can help you feel more calm, centered, and focused, making it easier
to make clear decisions and take purposeful action.
It’s easy to become entangled in our emotions, allowing them to overwhelm
and disrupt our inner balance. The practice of "letting it be" involves
observing our emotions without judgment or resistance, creating space for
acceptance and inner calm.
