King Hero's Journey with Beth Martens

I always feel like I’m in the Wild West of health and healing, aiming to break new ground and find the actual truth of it, where at all possible. In the world of self-healing, there are hundreds of paths to go. Healing with food has always appealed to me, because it is the simplest. I invited biologist and Nutrition Detective, Kelsey Kenny for an interview because she’s knowledgeable, empirically minded, a great researcher, and a bad-ass in the world of food and health science truth. After going through their signature self-healing program, Love Your Liver, for the past three months I wanted to hear more about Kelsey’s healing journey in the paradigm of toxic bile theory. We will also talk about the evolution of discovering and psychologically adapting to new knowledge, and the true scale of toxic food choices that most “natural health” people think are healthy. And we will discuss the role of testing, measuring, and being precise when it comes to nutrients and the gathering of useful data that each one is tasked to track for themselves based on their own unique constitution and experience. In this 5th generation war that has weaponized medicine against the people next level, it’s become more popular than ever to find self-healing means that would keep us from being at the mercy of the medical systems that don’t hold our best interest. When it comes to the economy, most people feel powerless. Mother, therapist, author of Midwifery for the Soul, guide and birth expert, Jennifer Summerfeldt is joining me to talk about birth trauma.
