There has been a lot of discussion about national politics and its affects on the local farms. I am a firm believer in being more involved on the local level to make changes better for your community. We are needing changes to many laws and city ordinances that restrict homesteaders. Congratulations to President-elect Joe Biden and VP Kamala Harris. Why I homestead in conjunction with politics, and what does my faith tell me about politics. Also we take time to pray for our new president.I will leave the warning here. If you do not want to listen, it is ok, it is a bonus episode but it comes from the heart, and what I feel God has shown me this week as I prayed. I hope everyone of faith stops what they are doing and spends time praying for the outgoing President and spending some time praying for the President and VP elect. Politics aside, I don't want the captain to crash the boat we are all trying to survive on.
