I love this podcast, and I love what you ladies bring to the table, im working on myself and health and fitness with future goals of bodybuilding. Anyway you can discuss pressure and the pressure we put on ourselves. Ive noticed through this process that I put ALOT of pressure on myself in everything I do and it’s something I’m having trouble overcoming. Any tips or tricks
