One of the most powerful tools we have is the ability to imagine and visualize.  Children naturally do this when they're learning rapidly about our vast world. As we "grow up," we stop doing this and rely on what we already know.  However, the ability to visualize is so important in every aspect of our lives because your mind cannot tell the difference between what's real and vividly imagined. In this session, I will teach you tools to be able to practice your visualization to shift your perception of what you want to create in your life.  *** Get instant access to the full 10-day Kwik Start program when you purchase a copy of my new book, Limitless. What are 5 tangible things you can do during COVID-19? When thinking about how to look at self-isolation and social distancing in a positive light, the butterfly came to mind. The butterfly is a powerful symbol of change but more importantly, for self-transformation. They begin as a caterpillar and embark on an incredible journey, where through the process of metamorphosis, they transform into a butterfly. It's a powerful metaphor, speaking to our own ability to move through our life cycles. Right now, we're all in a metaphorical cocoon, safe and secure in our four walls. And within our cocoon, we face our own struggles. We know that through struggle comes strength and with challenge comes change. So while we're in this cocoon of our home, instead of feeding our fear, our doubts, our regrets, our loneliness, we have the opportunity to identify the thoughts that no longer serve us. Because the same level of thinking that got us where we are isn't going to get us where we need to go. To help with this transformation, I want to give you the FIVE things I'm doing while staying at home.  *** Do you want to stay up to date with every new episode and get my brand new Kwik Brain Accelerator Program? holy crap... this stuff is insanely interesting. I never new that your neurotransmitter dominance can affect your personality. In reality you're brain is just a chemical factory, and knowing what foods and supplements to take at the right times, can help you produce the best chemicals for the best performance, and this is what Ben explains in his book. hmmm gotta try to not get carried away with all this pseudo science!

Jim, I don't know if you would read this but could you do an episode on how to learn equations. I have loads of equations with the same letter and very similar equations that would be useful to learn. For instance we have two equations describing anticyclonic and cyclonic wind speeds with the equations of (rf-((r^2)(f^2)-rfU)^(1/2))/2 and (rf+((r^2)(f^2)+rfU)^(1/2))/2 respectively. As you can see these are very similar equations and I was wondering if it would be possible to remember them and not get muddled on them as well. Thank you!
