Today’s show was recording during a live podcast episode that I decided to do for the Kwik Community about valuable lessons I’ve learned that have helped improve my quality of life over time.  After my birthday recently, I created space and time to reflect on the last year’s events and gathered some takeaways that I couldn’t be more excited to share with you now.  This episode is a culmination of lessons from my stream of consciousness that range from recognizing the power of practice to using kindness as a superpower to change the world. I hope it inspires and serves you well.  I’d also like to express my gratitude for everyone who consistently chooses to show up for themselves and for me. One of the most powerful tools we have is the ability to imagine and visualize.  Children naturally do this when they're learning rapidly about our vast world. As we "grow up," we stop doing this and rely on what we already know.  However, the ability to visualize is so important in every aspect of our lives because your mind cannot tell the difference between what's real and vividly imagined. In this session, I will teach you tools to be able to practice your visualization to shift your perception of what you want to create in your life.  *** Get instant access to the full 10-day Kwik Start program when you purchase a copy of my new book, Limitless. Another great episode, Jim. 👍🏻 Our beliefs influence us more than we can ever know and unless we regularly challenge them, like the bouncer at the club, we will be forever limited by them.

Great content. I'd really love to transcribe your podcasts. People who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, non-native speakers, or suffer from auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder may have trouble following a fast conversation. Transcription provides an avenue for them to absorb everything you are putting out. My email is vickies2cents@gmail.com. Thank you.

Some incredibly useful tips here especially if you struggle with a regular night time routine. My take aways are as follows:- 1) Eat well; 2) Exercise every day for at least a half hour; 3) No screen time at least a half hour before bed; and 4) Associate bed with sleep. Thanks Jim!

Awesome stuff Jim and the Dr, BJ Fogg!👌 To change a habit think of the acronym M.A.P. M - Motivation (How motivated are you to change?) A - Ability (What can you change in your ability to facilitate the change?) P - Prompt (How can you prompt yourself not to forget that change you want?) If you want different results, you HAVE to change what you do!

I agree. We need to stop saying "mental illness". To say "illness" implies that, whatever it is, is something that a person can recover from. As someone who has firsthand experience with mental health, this is simply not the case. I can manage my condition, but it could be something that is with me through the rest of my life and I have had to accept that.

holy crap... this stuff is insanely interesting. I never new that your neurotransmitter dominance can affect your personality. In reality you're brain is just a chemical factory, and knowing what foods and supplements to take at the right times, can help you produce the best chemicals for the best performance, and this is what Ben explains in his book. hmmm gotta try to not get carried away with all this pseudo science!
