Generosity- What is your level of generosity? How generous are you?

What does it mean to be generous? It is showing a readiness to give more of something, as money or time, than is strictly necessary or expected. Are you a leader that’s willing to give more than you receive? Generosity is not solely based on finances, you can be generous with your time and knowledge. Insecurity is a feeling of general unease or nervousness that may be triggered by perceiving of oneself to be vulnerable or inferior in some way, or a sense of vulnerability or instability which threatens one's self-image or ego. This area must get checked before ruining you and your team. Once you overcome this area of your life you will become an even better leader.

Limiting overreaction- take the time to process and analyze the situation.

As leader you must learn to gain control of your emotions and not overreact to situations nor handle them the same way as past situations. You must learn to suppress your urge having to always respond and react right away. Left over spaghetti always taste better the next day. Sometime it’s better for you to give yourself a day or a moment to really process what you’re seeing or experiencing. When you overreact, you lose control of the situation, your mind is now clogged up with negativity verses staying neutral.
