In this episode, the guys introduce a new segment: "Hypothetical of the week". In this episode, the guys get together to relax and "not do a damn thing", as G would like to say. Throughout the episode, one of the microphones decided it did not want to function, specifically Presley's, so the audio quality is quite poor. After 4 intro takes, they finally get the episode going, jumping into the feedback you guys have given them through the first two uploads, reminding you that NONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THIS PODCAST ARE RECIPIENTS OF WORKER'S COMP, it is just a catchy nickname for the pod. They then take a deep dive into the qualities of a leader, and their own experience with leadership in the workplace and elsewhere.
