It requires building a company that can run without you in every conversation. The best cure I've found is EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System. As an EOS Implementer, I help leadership teams get aligned on vision, disciplined about execution, and healthy enough to run together. We start with a conversation. From there we build a plan.On the other side, you work with people you love doing what you love, make your dent in the universe, get compensated accordingly, and have time for other passions. You live with intention. The skills that built your business are not the same ones that will free you from it.
