Hey lady, I’m Mary, your new low-tox living best friend! Most of my life I thought I ate fairly healthy and lived somewhat of a holistic life.
I tried natural remedies first over running straight to the doctor. I loved fruit and vegetables and didn’t eat a lot of meat or desserts. All of which is good, but it wasn’t enough.
After a major health issue with my mom where I became her full-time care provider for four months, I knew things needed to change.
I started researching what was really in our food. Learning to read labels and understand ingredients and how they reacted to our bodies. Little by little I began to replace the toxic household products and I learned to cook clean + healthy meals. These seemingly small changes made a lasting impact on my health and my mom’s! I’m ready to share what I’ve learned with you!
