Chile folks, be ready to tell your business. You can't ask for help without it returning with unnecessary hurt/pain. This is the reason so many folks don't ask for help. We will go without so we don't have to endure the embarrassment of being talked about. I hope this episode helps someone.Tons of Love and LightCoach LibraGO BUY SOME SHITLibraJHicks.com
Wheewww, I wanted to talk about this because I do feel as though many of us use our diagnosis to stay stuck. We use our diagnosis as a reason to be fucked up individuals. As a Coach, I've always believed that when you are gifted with information, you should use it to grow. However, we often use it to stay stagnant and unintentionally stagnately! I hope this helps someone. Tons of Love and LightCoach LibraLibraJHicks.comGO BUY SOME SHIT
When I saw my reference clip online I chuckled. I thought I was the only one that didn't connect to sadness when my son was diagnosed with Autism. Now, be clear, the feeling I had was more of, "fuck, I got more advocating and therapy on my plate". I was overwhelmed with the balance of what my family dynamic became. There's no same reaction, everyone handles challenges and shifts differently. We can truly learn how to co-exist and support each other. Hope this episode helps someone..COACH LIBRAGO BUY SOME SHITLIBRAJHICKS.COM
I hope what I share helps someone realize their greatness. I hope my life experiences help another person see that mistakes are ok, intentions matter, and your being is more than enough! We all deserve to experience someone who lives authentically and genuinely. Tons of Love and Light Coach LibraGO BUY SOME SHITLibraJHicks.com
There are moments as moms when we don't feel safe or supported to be transparent about how we think or what we need. We spend a lot of time remembering others while forgetting ourselves in the process. Somehow, this taught behavior is the black woman's cape. We can do it all and drown ourselves in the process, is the lesson that's passed down to us, melanated women. If you can't do it all, then you're considered weak. This was the ideology given to me, and I was miserable honoring it. This young lady was brave enough to talk to people on social media and risk being judged for expressing her true emotions. She needed an outlet, and she took it. I hope this helps someone.Tons of Love and LightGO BUY SOME SHITLibraJHicks.com
Whoa, how often are women scared to admit they are overstimulated and on the verge of breaking? This woman I can relate to. I can remember having (what I learned later after my diagnosis) a meltdown and asking for someone to take over mothering my son. We don't talk about this enough. We need to acknowledge that there are women who are in breakdown with nowhere to turn. It's expected for us to carry the weight with a smile and no burnout. That's impossible. I hope this helps someone feel brave enough to say how they genuinely feel!!!Tons of Love and LightCoach LibraGO BUY SOME SHIT!LibraJHicks.com

In this episode, we are talking about the symptoms and how we coped—what coping felt like and how it was so easy to self-sabotage. Being this open about our diagnosis is new for us, and we want to use these moments to help other women, especially women of color, find their way into their best selves. This is our contribution to the mental health arena.

Following last week's show, we are discussing MANIA LOW'S. Yes, with ADHD and Bipolar you can experience mania, highs, and lows. This week, we talk about how we keep our lows in check. If you aren't aware of what going on, you won't be sure how to help yourself in those tough moments.
Talking about our experiences allows us to not only help ourselves, but help others who are just like us.
We hope our episodes assist you in growing.
