It was at this event that the early disciples were equipped and empowered to carry out the mission of spreading the gospel and making disciples of all nations. 3. The Lord never promised us that our lives on Earth would be easy. We will go through difficult times and face challenges. But our time on Earth will be worthwhile. We are here to share God's love and light with others, as well as to share the good news that he is our savior. Walking with God may not make things simple, but it does make them possible. Walking beside him assures us of his presence and power in our lives. Our God is mighty, and with him, anything is possible. We are capable of enduring adversity and heartbreak. We can triumph because of Christ's resurrection power in us. “I will also walk among you and be your God, and you shall be my people” – Leviticus 26:12
Many people have different views on this quality. It can be seen as a good thing to be bold and stand up for what you believe in, but boldness is also often equated with being pushy or over-assertive. True boldness is centered on Christ. It requires humility rather than pride, as we realize that we cannot be bold on our own.
