FYI Paramedics can't kidnap someone who has the capacity to refuse transport. They will assess the patient, educate them on the risks and try to persuade them to go get more specialized care at the hospital but if someone is mentally capable, they can refuse. P.S. I love your podcast. I look forward to hearing more.
