We are kicking off Season 7 in this episode with just two weeks remaining in the 2023-2024 waterfowl season. It's been a tale of two seasons, so we get you caught up on where we are in the migration. We also ask the question, as waterfowlers, is there a hierarchy in duck species within your hunting practices or group of hunting buddies.
As we close out 2023 and we reflect back on not only the year as a whole, but also another season that is winding down, it leaves me asking the question....where are we as as a waterfowling community & what does the future hold for our sport? With all the good that comes out of this sport and the possibilities that it offers, are we as individuals doing what we can to help grow the sport and help our fellow hunters or is it just about us, the limits and the instant social media credibility that our egos feed off of?
