Mangione faces 11 counts, including one of murder in the first-degree and two of murder in the second-degree in Thompson’s killing on December 4 in New York, along with other weapon and forgery charges, the indictment says.

The shooter who opened fire at the Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin, was a 15-year-old female student, Police Chief Shon Barnes said Monday. She died of a self-inflicted gunshot, he said. The shooting left one student and one teacher dead and six injured, including two people who are facing life-threatening conditions, Barnes said.
