A Manhattan grand jury indicted Luigi Mangione for murder as an act of terrorism in the death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, according to newly released court documents. The shooter who opened fire at the Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin, was a 15-year-old female student, Police Chief Shon Barnes said Monday.
