Description
The Laws of Loshen Hara are there to guide us on what to say and what not to say. In 1873 Rabbi Yisrael Meir Kagen compiled these laws into two books: “Chafetz Chaim”, which means “Desirer of Life” and “Shmirat Halashon”, translated as “Guarding the Tongue”. Speaking kindly is the basis of loving everyone. Rav Yehudah Zev Segal divided these laws into a daily study cycle, so it stays at the forefront of our minds. May this learning elevate the Neshama of Moshe Mordechai Ben Pinchas.
