The Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT) is the professional association for occupational therapists in Ontario, Canada. In this podcast series, we talk to emerging and established occupational therapists to learn how they developed their leadership skills. This series explores the idea that we can lead from any role or job title and encourages reflection on one's own leadership development.
