Jennifer McGray is the Learning and Development Manager for TopBuild. Before working in TopBuild, Jenn’s career has included 20 years in the distribution industry, several mergers, and positions in Supply Chain Management, IT, and HR. She was the Talent Director and Director of Organizational Effectiveness for Distribution International, who was acquired by TopBuild. She was also Program Manager for Supply Chain Management at Kent Electronics and Senior Operations Technician and Senior Customer Service Representative for Fritz Companies/UPS. Jenn has an MBA from Houston Christian University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Baylor.
Tomika Greer is Assistant Professor and Undergraduate Program Coordinator of Human Resource Development at the University of Houston. She has also been a board member for the Academy of Human Resource Development for over five and a half years. Before working for University of Houston, Tomika was a Lead Trainer and Training Specialist for the University of Houston Downtown and a Human Performance Analyst for Accenture. Tomika has her PhD in Educational Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, her Master’s in Instructional Technology from Texas Tech, and her Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State.
Hassan Gulamali is Talent Development Manager for Amazon, where he has supported the Alexa and the Amazon Ads groups. He describes his work as a problem solver in the people space helping to find unique solutions to get real business results. Before working at Amazon, Hassan was the Director for Learning at Technip FMC where he led a team of around 30 learning professionals to build a host of next-generation learning programs that won a number of prestigious awards. Hassan has his Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Houston Clear Lake and his Bachelor’s in Government and History from the University of Texas.
Cutter Gonzalez is the General Manager and Assistant Conductor at Moores School Orchestras in the University of Houston. Beyond the traditional approach to conducting orchestras, Cutter takes an organizational leadership approach to building orchestras as safe places for his students to grow and innovate. Cutter is currently working toward his Master of Music in Orchestral Conducting at UofH. He has a Bachelor’s in Music and in Geography, Public Administration, and Psychology from Texas State University.
Tony is a Professor at the University of Houston and Coordinator of the Digital Media Undergraduate Program. Tony has done extensive research in Augmented Reality, and in the environments that Augmented Reality companies must operate within to make their ideas come alive and survive. Tony has a PhD and a Master’s in Communication from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s in International Relations and Political Science from University of Southern California, and has also taught at the University of Cincinnati and at Temple University.
Lauren is an organizational psychologist, Manager of Talent and Workforce Strategies at Harris Health System, and adjunct professor at the University of Houston. Much of her 20-year career has been in healthcare, including at MD Anderson Cancer Center and Harris Health System. Her specialties include organizational development, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning. She is also an ICF accredited coach with much experience helping leaders become more successful. Lauren has her PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M.
Marina Guerra is the Education and Outreach Coordinator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Houston. Before that, she was an EEOC Investigator and Supervisory Investigator for over 20 years. Marina has her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
Brett Holubek is a Board Certified Labor and Employment Attorney and an Associate with Fisher Phillips, a law firm that represents employers in labor and employment matters. Mike Beyerlein is a professor in Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University. He got his Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Colorado State University. His research and teaching interests are: Organizational behavior and psychology, Team and Inter-organizational collaboration, Leadership, and Innovation.
Reagan has been the Senior Pastor for the Vineyard Church for over 13 years and he was the Area Coordinator for Vineyard USA for over 8 years, so clearly he has a unique perspective on organizations just from that experience.
He also has a Masters of Divinity from Asbury Theologica Seminary AND a Masters of Educational Human Resource Development from Texas A&M.
