Description

We are a team with over 40 years of experience in coaching, educating, and supporting others to become better learners. Our passion is to freely support our fellow humans in discovering and expressing their best qualities to the highest degree. We are not looking for donations, sales, or any other outside form of support. We are simply doing our best to get people to participate in recognizing all that is possible for them to learn and sharing with them in ways to bring that about. Our belief is that the best way to do that is to give people the tools, perspectives, and motivation to learn how to more effectively learn in each and every area of their life.

Walk the 360

2026-10-0602:03

When something goes badly, our first interpretation usually is not the whole picture. This micro episode introduces the idea of “walking the 360,” which means looking at an experience from multiple perspectives, imagining how it could have gone better, and mentally rehearsing a different response. It is a practical way to learn from mistakes instead of simply reliving them.
Every time we create a new angle vision, we create new possible solutions. And those solutions lead us to the outcomes that we've been seeking but we're hidden by the limits we had on our view. And how do we do that?
How we see ourselves can affect how we handle difficulty before we even realize it. This micro episode looks at the difference between meeting challenges with a sense of capability and expecting things to go wrong. Sometimes the obstacle is not a lack of ability, but the filter we are looking through.
If we only have one perspective, one point of view on something we are living under severe limits. As we expand our perspectives, our capacity to learn and to succeed dramatically increases. How do we do that? Join us.
Our circumstances matter, but they don’t tell the whole story. This clip explores how people can respond very differently to what they’ve been given—and why that response can shape fulfillment, resilience, and direction. It’s a reflection on making the most of what’s actually in front of us.
