She will be talking with different guests to discover their story of how they learnt to be themselves and fly so that we can all pick up tips and ideas to inspire ourselves and our children.

Sue is a six form teacher, published author, editor, examiner and mum to Alex & Dom who both play Rugby League professionally. In this conversation, Sue shares her ideas on what has helped her children become grounded and successfully navigate the world of professional sport.
Up to the age of 60, Susie lived a life of negative thinking, shrinking into the background and making damaging choices as a result. When she was 60 she had a light bulb moment that changed her whole perspective of who she was. This is her story.
Annabelle is 74 living in Somerset, she recently noticed that her life had become very narrow and in her words 'boring' - she decided to change that by embarking on an impossible project of creating a 6ft Totem Pole and she learnt to fly along the way. In this inspiring conversation, she shares her stories of adventure and her wisdom on how we can all learn to fly at any age!

Kerri is originally from New York City and currently calls Asheville, NC home, where she lives with her husband and teenage daughter. She is a homeschool mom, Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive and Qigong teacher-in-training. She has been performing since the age of 3 but about 16 years ago she left it all behind due to burnout, This year she is embarking on a Creating The Impossible Project of being cast in a broadway musical in the next 90 days and she is really learning what it takes to fly!

Karen is a coach and although she lives in England, she is a south african Mama at heart. Her children are now in the their 20's and in spite of challenges like coming to England unable to speak english and a traumatic accident that left her son Xander paralysed at the age of 19, they are flying! She is the founder of a very successful office space business which she built without any previous knowledge or experience, having left school with the minimum academic requirements. At the age of 60 she retired from the business and attended university for the first time, gaining a degree in Psychology. Now in her 80's Caryl is still flying. She is passionate about facilitating self esteem and the impact we can all have during the early years of childhood.
