Welcome Dr. Tricia Sandham! She is a registered psychologist in Alberta. Growing up, she worked towards a professional ballet career. However, she was not able to achieve this hope and had to forge a new path for herself. This experience led her to research early career transitions of elite amateur ballet dancers and hope. Her passions include all things mental health and wellness, hope and ballet. She currently has a virtual private practice in Edmonton, Alberta where she offers individual therapy to adults.She also provides virtual individual therapy to adults living in Alberta, Nova Scotia, Quebec, and New Brunswick.

Meet Andreas, my brother, a talented track and field athlete, and former university student. As a sibling, I have had the privilege of watching Andreas grow and excel in his athletic pursuits and academic endeavors. From a young age, Andreas demonstrated a natural talent for sports, and as he grew older, his passion for track and field only intensified. He has represented his school and university at various competitions and brought home numerous accolades. Although he has now graduated from university, Andreas' love for learning continues to thrive, and he is always looking for ways to expand his knowledge and skills both on and off the track.
