Reed, is a Mental health advocate, military veteran and former corrections professional. He holds in high esteem his earned status in the community as a mentor, coach and trusted leader. With various lived experiences as a black man, Doug uses his platform to impart wisdom and to help bring understanding and healing.Doug prides himself on being “just a kid from Cincinnati, Ohio” and truly being a “big kid at heart”. </p>
