I'll be honest, I don't care much about the modern day, anymore. I used to love it. But, i would be OK if they dropped it, IF, and only if, they did a hard reboot, to focus on the historical part/ going through history again, sans modern day. Then they could work back up to modern day, and do it justice. No one can say they've don't the modern day justice since 3.
