It's my birthday (officially 23!), so now it’s time to reflect on year 22. I am officially back from my hiatus!! And what better way to kick it off than an episode with my best friend, the Leo to my Sagittarius, ~birds of a feather~, Cailin! Going out of your comfort zone can seem like a blanket statement that seems pretty straightforward. However, once unpacked, it leads us to our truest selves. How can we best go out of our comfort zones mentally, emotionally, physically, and socially? Leading with an open heart and leaving your ego at the door is a surefire way.
