You DON’T have to be extraverted to be a confident person. Society values extroverted people more! But even Extroverted people aren't always confident. Being confident is more than just being loud and a good talker. Confidence is built off of taking action in areas that you feel discomfort in. Confidence comes from knowledge & understanding after years of studying and experimenting because someone took the action to try and understand. Confidence comes from self-awareness. Knowing who you are and what you like.

Today on build the key I talk about when it might be time to quit or double down. I'll share some of my own perspectives and experiences that let me to quitting one thing but doubling down on another. I also go over self awareness and how to effectively know and understand what it is you want to pursue and how to truly figure out who you are.
