NCAA XC star Rocky Hansen joins us at 75:03 to discuss his breakout freshman year, training, NILs and a lot more.
Yomif Kejelcha hammered from the front once again and this time was rewarded with the world record in the half marathon as he ran 57:30 in Valencia to break Jacob Kiplimo's record by 1 second.
Kejelcha won near universal praise on the LetsRun forums, but are supershoes diminishing the world records? Kejelcha also holds the indoor mile world record.

Cole Hocker did it, running a 3:27.65 Olympic 1500m record to win the gold in an epic race as Josh Kerr got silver, .01 ahead of Yared Nuguse who got bronze as Jakob Ingebrigtsen finished 4th off the podium.
