Today’s episode is packed with wisdom that will change the way you think about love, connection, and how you show up in your relationships.I’m breaking down the habits of securely attached people so that you can begin embodying them in your own life. Because here’s the truth: secure attachment is not luck, and it’s not something you either have or don’t have. It’s about intentionally healing, rewiring, and building new habits that create lasting love.Inside the episode, I talk about:✨ Radical ownership of your healing journey - why waiting for the “right person” isn’t the answer, and how secure people take full responsibility for how they show up.✨ Emotional regulation over reactivity - how securely attached people slow down, check in with themselves, and respond intentionally (instead of letting emotions run the show).✨ Valuing and prioritizing relationships - why secure people play the long game, invest in reciprocity, and make connection a priority in a world full of “pseudo-connection.”If you’ve ever wondered what secure love really looks like in action, you’ll want to listen closely and maybe even take notes on this one🎧 Special September Offer: Don’t forget to grab my Secure.Soft.Magnetic private podcast for only $7 this month! I liked the advice in this episode a lot, but as a man it felt like I wasn't supposed to be listening...there are references to women being coached but it doesn't seem like men are the target audience, and I wish this podcast felt a little more inclusive for guys like me trying to work through their attachment insecurities.

And where to find it immediately.
