Price, Price, Price it’s all about the price. Are you pricing your home based on a need number or are you taking the advice from the Real Estate Professional you have hired?
Have you compared your price to the public numbers such as what Zillow.com, Realtor.com and your tax assessor has on your home?
Keep that in mind when you price it. Good luck in the Fall Market.

What’s that saying again “A picture is worth a thousand words” so if that is the case why is it you can still find properties on the MLS with bad photos. Pictures are being taken with phone cameras and not by professional photographers. Please make sure your realtor invests in professional photography to market your home. We never get a second chance to make a first impression.
