I first come across his content a year ago and that convinced me to choose my brands a little more carefully instead of looking for cheap. He manages to do this without suggesting we all should rush out and buy everything from him. We covered the foundational basics that most people should consider whether the goal is fitness and longevity, physique or fat loss plus some stuff Ive never came across. Massive thanks to Mark for being the first guest that I didn’t already know personally.
