While the holidays are often a season of joy and celebration, they can also bring a certain heaviness. Grief around the holidays can show up unexpectedly and in many different ways—sadness for the people who are no longer with us, or a sense of loss around relationships that have changed or things we wish were different. That’s why I’m bringing you this special rebroadcast episode about grief: to offer understanding for what you may be feeling and tools to help you navigate grief during the holiday season. In this episode, I’m joined by Krista St-Germain, Mikki Gardner, and Sharon Wirant—three incredible women who each guide their clients through grief in different contexts. Grief is not limited to death alone, but also includes the loss of marriages, health, identity, expectations, and imagined futures. We explore how grief often shows up indirectly in coaching conversations, and why the ability to recognize and work with it is such a vital skill for any coach. You’ll hear why grief may be present beneath the surface of your clients’ goals, resistance, or stuck patterns, and how the holistic approach of a master coach allows you to meet those moments with skill and care. This conversation is also an invitation to those of you here for your own personal growth to honor the grief you carry, to make space for it without fear, and to remember that grief does not need to hold you back or define what’s possible. When we know how to support ourselves and others through every emotion and every season—including grief around the holidays—we create real transformation. I can’t wait for you to hear this incredible episode. What you’ll learn:Why grief around the holidays often includes losses that haven’t happened yetHow divorce grief shows up as mourning the death of a future you expected to haveWhy mindset work alone can unintentionally work against clients experiencing griefHow grief and suppressed emotion can directly impact the body and energy levelsWhat a holistic master coach does differently when grief shows up as resistanceYou can read the full show notes here.About Krista St-GermainKrista St-Germain is a Master Certified Life Coach, grief expert, widow, mom and host of The Widowed Mom podcast. Today, I’m bringing you a special rebroadcast of one of the most powerful conversations ever shared on the podcast. I’m joined by three extraordinary women—Leah Davidson, Lindsay Poelman, and Melanie Fay—for a rich, grounded discussion about what it truly means to take a holistic approach to transformation, both in our own lives and as coaches.Part of becoming a master coach is understanding that mindset work alone is not always enough—and that without the container of holistic coaching, it can even be detrimental to growth. In this conversation, we explore how the nervous system, emotions, and cognitive work intersect, and why a whole-person approach to coaching changes everything. We talk about what happens when insight alone isn’t enough, why clients get “stuck” despite knowing what to do, and how safety, regulation, and compassion create access to deeper, more sustainable change. While this episode is very much geared toward coaches, the topics we cover are important for anyone on a personal development journey. If you’re focused on your own growth, you’ll gain insight into where a more holistic approach may be missing in how you’re supporting yourself—and what might open up when that gap is addressed. This conversation offers a real glimpse into the holistic, ethical, and deeply human approach behind Master Coach Training. Each of these women has been instrumental in my own growth and healing, and it’s an honor to share their wisdom with you. What you’ll learn:How nervous system activation impacts your cognitive function and decision-making abilitiesWhy feeling safe in the body is what allows intuition to be heard and trustedHow learning to stay present with big emotions creates a new default response instead of shutting downWhy self-criticism is often a sign of nervous system overwhelm–not a mindset failureThe ethical line between coaching and therapy, and how the two can coexistYou can read the full show notes here.About Melanie FayMelanie Fay is a certified EFT practitioner and professional artist based in New York. While passionate about approaching a large variety of issues with EFT, she specializes in confidence, self esteem, anxiety, blocks to self expression and creative expression, performance fears, and shame. Every coach wants to be the one who creates life-changing results—the coach clients rave about and refer to again and again. But so many coaches find themselves stuck in the same loops, wondering why insight isn’t turning into real transformation. In today’s episode, I’m sharing a recent training where I break down why this actually happens and what you can do to help your clients move forward through resistance. When you understand the deeper skillset behind lasting change, you show up with the confidence and clarity of a Master Coach—and that is what elevates your work beyond surface-level shifts.Even when your client has awareness, they may not be making changes. You can have the same conversations week after week, yet nothing is moving, and they’re overwhelmed, confused, or shut down. We’ve all had moments like this as coaches, and they can leave us feeling frustrated or doubting our abilities. So often, we assume a lack of progress means our clients need more motivation, a mindset reframe, or a stronger push. But most coaching programs don’t teach the full picture of what clients need to get results. The real issue is almost always something different: a disconnection from their emotional world. When you learn how to support emotional safety and integrate nervous system awareness, your holistic coaching becomes more effective. This is how you create real, lasting coaching results. If you’re ready to strengthen your skills and create dependable, repeatable results with your clients, this episode will show you exactly where to begin. What you'll learn:Why clients get stuck and how to recognize the signs of what's really going on beneath the surfaceHow mindset work in isolation can be detrimental and what to integrate for a more holistic coaching approachThe three foundational steps Master Coaches use to support deeper transformationHow to use emotions as essential information for growth instead of obstacles to overcomeWhat it takes to strengthen your coaching skills so you can create reliable results with every clientYou can read the full show notes here.Connect with Molly ClaireGet the book: She Rises: Insights and Wisdom from the Women of The Masterful Coach CollectiveMolly's Website: MollyClaire.ComMaster Coach Training 2026 Application Open Have a question or thoughts about the podcast? Navigating health can feel complicated and overwhelming, especially for women in midlife. Between new workout routines, supplement trends, and the constant advice we see online, it’s difficult to discern what we actually need to be healthy.Deep health is not a matter of following the leader, but understanding what you–your body, your mind, and your nervous system–need to feel good. In this episode, I talk with Courtney Townley of the Grace & Grit podcast about what holistic women's health really means and how to approach it with more ease, consistency, and self-trust.We’ve been sold the idea that health has to do with how we look, but disease and dysfunction can come in all shapes and sizes. Health is multidimensional. Of course, it’s physical, but it's also relational, environmental, and spiritual. Healing means a return to wholeness, and that only happens when you honor every part of your humanity.Health can’t be attained by following a list of rules and regulations written for you; you have to learn and develop the skills to become the leader of your life and take charge of your decisions. Nobody knows your life better than you do. You know when to rest instead of pushing harder, or when to choose a morning walk and fresh air over another 5 a.m. exercise bootcamp. This self-connection is what women’s health is truly about. You are in relationship with everything—people, food, movement, and your environment. Holistic women’s health and healing begin with mending the most important relationship of all: the one you have with yourself. When you nurture that connection and reduce the stress that keeps you disconnected, you create space for the life you want. What you’ll learn:Why health is not the absence of disease, but knowing how to care for yourself within itThe difference between superficial health and deep health—and tools to move from one to the otherHow to create consistency by honoring your needs and understanding what self-care looks like for youWhy reducing unnecessary stress is the first step toward holistic women’s healthHow self-leadership and support from others are both important for your well-beingYou can read the full show notes here.About Courtney TownleyCourtney Townley is a wellness advocate, leadership coach, and passionate community-builder with over 30 years of experience helping her clients lead themselves through the health arena with more ease and grace. She is the founder of Grace & Grit and the Rumble & Rise community, where she helps midlife women strengthen their self-leadership skills, align with what truly nourishes them, and build lives rooted in purpose and connection. She also hosts the long-running Grace & Grit podcast, now in its tenth year, where she shares real, insightful conversations about what it means to live and lead well. Courtney believes that meaningful transformation happens in community, not in isolation. Through her coaching, retreats, podcast, and speaking engagements, she offers practical strategies for fostering trust, building resilience, and cultivating spaces where individuals and communities can thrive. Her forthcoming book, The Consistency Code (releasing November 2025), offers a simple but powerful framework to help women amplify their health and happiness by aligning their lives with what truly matters.Website: www.graceandgrit.comInstagram: a...
So many of us move through life feeling overwhelmed by our challenges, wondering what they mean about us and whether we’ll ever find the calm we’re looking for. If you’ve ever felt stuck in stress, spiraling thoughts, or emotional chaos, today’s episode offers a powerful reframe that can help you see your life—and yourself—through a completely different lens.I’m thrilled to be joined by Abundance Alchemist Phillip Andrew, someone whose work I’ve admired for a long time and who has had a profound impact on me personally. Phillip blends science and spirituality in a way that feels accessible and grounded, and he helps people understand how powerful they truly are. In our conversation, we talk about his journey and why nervous system regulation is the foundation for creating clarity, confidence, and possibility in your life.Phillip shares how the stories we hold onto can keep us stuck, and why you don’t need to revisit every detail of your past or carefully plan your future in order to feel better today. When you create safety within yourself and regulate your nervous system moment by moment, you open the door to creativity, intuition, and a sense of inner steadiness. This is where real transformation begins. You don’t have to fix everything at once. You don’t have to have it all figured out. One moment of regulation and awareness can ripple out in ways you may not even realize. What you’ll learn:Why many of us subconsciously use victimhood as a way to feel safeWhat true emotional ownership without blaming yourself looks likeHow self-criticism becomes a subtle but powerful form of self-abuseHow science and spirituality come together through nervous system regulationSimple, moment-to-moment practices to help you build inner safety and coherenceYou can read the full show notes here.About Phillip AndrewPhillip is the founder of Abundance Alchemist™, helping people raise their consciousness, regulate their nervous system, and create abundance from identity alignment—not force. It’s easy to think of emotions as obstacles, but they are actually one of your greatest tools. Today, we explore how shifting the way you relate to your own emotional world will have a profound impact on every area of your life.I have witnessed and experienced the emotional gap that exists for so many people walking around on the planet. Even highly trained coaches who are well-versed in mindset, action, accountability, and behavioral patterns–and how to move past emotional blocks when they come up–still lack a deeper understanding of what our emotional world actually is. Building a more intimate relationship with your emotional world is the key to creating transformation. Because when you understand your emotions and how to be with them, they lead you to a deeper sense of who you are and the life you truly want.An awareness of your emotional world doesn’t just bring you more practical success–the tangible shifts you can wrap your head around and see on a checklist–but also in the incredible internal shift you can experience as a human being. It makes the difference between achieving something and feeling proud, versus truly shifting your relationship with yourself and your worth. It’s what moves you from seeking validation, wins, or accomplishments to fill perceived holes, into a place of feeling peaceful, whole, and aligned with your authenticity. What if getting to know your emotions could help you understand yourself more deeply? What if this inner relationship could anchor your sense of self and help you feel more fulfilled? These are the questions I invite you to consider in this episode so you can begin shifting into a new relationship with your emotional world. Let’s get started! What you’ll learn:How childhood messages may have shaped a negative relationship with your emotional worldWhy reframing common beliefs about your emotions can guide you towards healing and changeQuestions to help you open up your awareness of your emotions and how they impact your relationship with yourselfHow your emotions can reveal where things need to change in order for your potential to be realizedWhy curiosity is the foundation for a better relationship with your emotional worldYou can read the full show notes here.Connect with Molly ClaireRegister for Molly’s interactive workshop on Thursday, November 20th HERE!Get the book: She Rises: Insights and Wisdom from the Women of The Masterful Coach CollectiveMolly's Website: MollyClaire.ComMaster Coach Training 2026 Application Open Have a question or thoughts about the podcast? No matter how much personal transformation work we’ve done, there will always be layers we haven’t yet uncovered and places within us that still need healing. In this episode, I’m joined by Master Coach Robyn Graham to discuss what it means to heal from a place of connection and safety, and how everything begins to shift–for you and your coaching clients–when you open yourself to a more holistic way of thinking about growth and change.Robyn Graham is the host of a globally acclaimed podcast, The Robyn Graham Show, and the best-selling author of You, Me, and Anxiety: Take Action Over Anxiety to Enjoy Being You. Her approach is a testament to the deep healing and transformation that unfold when we create true safety within ourselves and in community. At the heart of Master Coach Training is the idea that to help others transform, we must first do our own healing work. Even after years of self-development, there can still be unprocessed trauma or nervous system dysregulation that keeps us disconnected from our deepest self. When we experience feeling safe–within ourselves and within a community–that’s when healing can finally emerge. You’ll hear from Robyn about how being surrounded by like-minded women in an encouraging environment is an invaluable experience. The deep healing and transformation that happens in a community of women is truly the magic of Master Coach Training. As coaches, we have a powerful opportunity to model what it looks like to know ourselves and lead from a place of peace. We don’t just change our lives when we do that inner work; we ripple that peace and presence out to everyone around us. I can’t wait for you to hear more about what’s possible when we heal from a place of safety in this episode. What you’ll learn:What self-connection and attuning to our emotions really means and why it has such a profound impactThe importance of connectedness in coaching and how to build greater awareness of itHow Master Coach Training offers permission to be vulnerable and a space to ask questions so you can move forward in your journeyWhy true strength means being grounded in yourself and open to connection with othersHow Master Coach Training provides you with the tools and guidance needed to work on your coaching businessYou can read the full show notes here.About Robyn GrahamDr. Robyn Graham is the founder of Robyn Graham, LLC. Every human has core emotional needs. They are as essential as air and water. Yet so often, we convince ourselves they don’t matter—that we’ll be fine if they’re not met, or that they don’t even exist. The more we deny our emotional needs, the more disconnected and dissatisfied we feel. Ignoring them leaves us out of alignment with ourselves and unable to feel whole. In this episode, I explore what’s lacking in the world of self-help, personal development, and even coaching: a genuine understanding of our emotional needs. This missing piece explains why so many people seeking growth and making real change in their lives still find themselves feeling a little bit empty inside. Today, you’ll hear why identifying and tending to your emotional needs can make a profound difference in your journey, and the reason why we’re so quick to ignore them in the first place.Learning to recognize and honor your emotional needs is essential for lasting transformation. At this level of self-knowing, my clients feel more confident, more trusting of themselves, and more grounded in their decisions. They lead their lives and businesses with clarity, and for coaches, it allows them to guide others through the same powerful process.Your emotional needs are not a weakness, but a gateway to self-knowing and true wholeness. When you pay attention and treat them as essential, you begin to fill the cracks in your foundation and build a life that feels full, grounded, and aligned with your purpose. What you’ll learn:Why unmet emotional needs create feelings of emptiness and disconnectionHow mindset work can unintentionally cause us to minimize our emotional needsThe difference between self-responsibility and isolation when it comes to meeting your emotional needsWhy taking ownership of your emotional needs also means allowing connection and support from othersThe core emotional needs we have as humans and practical ways to begin understanding and tending to themYou can read the full show notes here.Connect with Molly ClaireGet the book: She Rises: Insights and Wisdom from the Women of The Masterful Coach CollectiveMolly's Website: MollyClaire.ComMaster Coach Training 2026 Application Open Have a question or thoughts about the podcast? In a coaching landscape where there’s no shortage of ways to become certified, what makes one program stand out from the rest? It’s no secret–you can easily go online, attend any workshop, and walk away with a seal of approval. But a comprehensive, holistic program goes far beyond earning the title of a coach. It invites you into true life mastery—first for yourself, and then for the clients and communities you serve. In this episode, we take a deeper look into the heart of Master Coach Training. I’ll talk about what it means to be a Master Coach, how the program will be structured, and what it means for you as an individual. Even if you aren’t a coach–or you’re not yet sure if coaching is the right path for you–this episode, and maybe even a Master Coach certification, will benefit you and the life you want to create. So many of us move through life checking boxes, believing that if we follow a precise plan we’ll arrive at happiness and fulfillment. Then, at some point along the way, we face situations and challenges that wake us up to the truth: our plan can’t prepare us for everything life brings. These moments can wake us up in powerful ways, calling us to expand beyond the roadmap we’ve constructed and into a deeper alignment with our values and purpose. This is why my Master Coach certification program is first and foremost about mastering self, and why I believe this work can serve anyone on their journey to life mastery.A Master Coach certification is an opportunity to lean in and understand yourself on a deeper level. Through this holistic coaching approach, you’ll cultivate the self-connection that transforms every part of your life. It’s truly the difference between surviving and leading your life, and I can’t wait to share what’s possible when you say yes to your own mastery. What you'll learn:Why nervous system awareness is foundational to both holistic coaching and life masteryHow shifting your patterns and habits becomes easier when you develop a deeper understanding of themThe importance of personalized alignment when creating a plan of action that works for youWhy a holistic coaching approach is so powerful professionally and personallyHow the two-track design of Master Coach Training meets you exactly where you are in your journeyYou can read the full show notes here.Connect with Molly ClaireJoin me on October 30th, 2025 for a live workshop on the productivity trap. Do you ever feel like you’re just checking things off a list instead of truly living? That might be a sign you’re caught in the productivity trap–the constant cycle of achievement without connection that only leads to burnout. When you think about checking boxes and meeting goals, do you feel the exhaustion mixed with that spark of excitement? As achievers and ambitious souls, we can bring meaning and creativity to our goals, but that same drive can easily turn into an addiction to achievement. In this episode, I share a nuanced view of productivity and how to understand that achievement isn’t strictly good or bad. You can continue to achieve and be productive from a place of healthiness and wholeness, rather than exhaustion and that emptiness.Escaping the productivity trap isn’t about doing less. It’s about doing from a different state. Maybe a shorter task list is part of the solution, but true life alignment happens when your actions come from creativity and growth. Healthy productivity means shifting from a hustle-driven, adrenaline-fed way of producing to a more aligned, grounded, and truly fulfilling way of creating results. So ask yourself: What will be different when you can be more connected with who you are and your values? When your actions are guided by meaning, creativity, and the expansion of self, you become a stronger, brighter presence in the world. What you’ll learnHow to celebrate your achievement instead of constantly chasing moreA personal story about how my addiction to achievement began alongside my desire for moreHow to recognize when your success starts to define your worthThe biological reason behind why we get stuck in the productivity trapHow self-connection and life alignment help you guide your actions with meaning rather than pressureJoin me on October 30th, 2025 for a live workshop on the productivity trap. Finding clarity around what you want is essential, because it guides every decision in your work and in your life. When you design your business or career to fit you, it opens the door to sustainable success and gives you the freedom to create your life around what matters most.In this episode, you’ll hear from Holly Haynes, host of the Crush the Rush podcast. Holly shares her story of leaving her corporate job, starting her own business, and committing to creating the quality of life she wanted. Her journey is a real-life example of what life mastery is all about–not having everything perfectly aligned or knowing every step, but embracing the realness, authenticity, and messiness of leaning in to create your life according to your values.Even if you aren’t a business owner, you most likely understand the pressure to “do all of the things” in order to succeed. Too many of us end up spread thin and exhausted when we follow that path. Holly Haynes’ Anti-Social School and her approach to helping clients grow in a way that feels authentic to them—and the life they want to create—is the key to sustainable success.Allowing yourself to be curious about what lights you up–what you love to do and what would work for you–is the real secret to business growth without burnout. However, the paramount principle is that in order to get curious, you must allow yourself the space and rest you need to access your greatest creativity. Our instinct is often to push harder and do more when we want to make a change in our business or life, but that doesn’t lead to the sustainable success and balance we want to create in our lives. Today, we’ll talk about how you can challenge yourself to reclaim the time, energy, and space that you want. You can have the quality of life you desire, so give yourself permission and trust yourself to create it. The gifts and abilities you have matter, and when you allow them the space to grow, they will shine. Let’s get started! What you’ll learn:Why the greatest reward in business often isn’t financial, but the freedom to be with the people you love and live on your termsHow to grow your business without using marketing tactics that don’t align with your valuesWhy you’re not alone when you face challenges on the path to sustainable successHow taking time off can benefit your business and help you create your life the way you wantHow to make your business better for clients without sacrificing your life or wellbeingYou can read the full show notes here.About Holly HaynesHolly Haynes empowers female entrepreneurs to build thriving, scalable businesses without getting lost in the ever-changing social media algorithms. Have you ever noticed how your phone or computer slows down when it’s been running for too long? Eventually, you get that “restart required” alert, and everything works better once you do a reboot. It’s almost become a joke–if something isn’t working properly, we just turn it off and turn it back on again. But that simple restart usually does the trick. A reset brings things back into alignment–and not just with technology, but in your life.A life reset is one of the most powerful ways to realign your life when you feel off balance. Whether it’s a daily reset achieved through rest, or a deeper life change after you’ve been running on autopilot for too long, realigning will help you restore your peace, focus, and overall well-being.In this episode, we’ll explore the signs that indicate it's time to pause and do a life reset, as well as what the actual process looks like. I’ll guide you through questions to help you discover where things may be lacking or disconnected in your life, and how to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.If this topic resonates and you want to dive in even deeper, I have two amazing opportunities coming up that will allow you to do so. What are the stories you tell yourself about who you are and what you’ve experienced? These stories have incredible power, and too often they turn into limiting beliefs that block you from creating the life you truly want.In this episode, we explore the stories we tell ourselves, the emotions we experience, and how to notice where you may be limiting yourself financially, in your relationships, or in any other area of your life. You’ll discover how releasing these stories doesn’t erase or invalidate your past; it opens you up to new possibilities right now. Before we dive in, I’m so excited to share that the She Rises book, which I have co-authored with 12 of my Master Coaches, is out now! To celebrate the launch, I have some exclusive opportunities for you. The book is available on Amazon, and as a launch-day bonus, the Kindle edition is only 99 cents. When you purchase the Kindle edition today, you’ll also receive a free workbook and unlock access to a live 4-week Life Mastery Reset training with me, completely for free. This offer is available today only, so don’t miss it!Back to our theme: Our brains are meaning-making machines–we go through life and create stories around the interactions we have, imagining what others’ intentions are, what they think about us, and how the treatment we receive relates to who we are. These stories can be good, bad, or somewhere in between, but they all shape how we see ourselves and what we believe is possible. In the coaching space, there is an emphasis on releasing the stories we tell ourselves. It’s such a powerful concept, but so many of us feel resistance–or even have a negative experience–when it comes to releasing our stories. We’ll discuss the reasons behind why we struggle to let those stories go today, and how to move past that block and experience the benefits of releasing the stories.Releasing a story doesn't mean you were wrong for what you thought, and it doesn't invalidate your experience. It means you can validate your experience and move beyond the story that creates limiting beliefs. You matter. Not because of what you achieve, how productive you are, or the success of your business or career—but simply because you exist. That is the message at the heart of the She Rises book, and it’s the truth so many of us need to hear when we’re questioning our worthiness. In this episode, I begin exploring the themes of She Rises: Insights and Wisdom from the Women of the Masterful Coach Collective. I’ve co-authored this powerful new book with 12 incredible women, and it’s filled with stories of resilience, healing, and transformation that anyone can resonate with. These women are skilled coaches who are fantastic at what they do, but what makes this book so special is the way all of them have chosen the path of self-connection. You’ll hear about the tremendous challenges they have faced and how they have leaned into them, choosing expansion over simply surviving in every season of life. They have cultivated so much strength and wisdom within themselves, and that's what they bring to you throughout this book.No matter which chapter you're reading, the core message of She Rises is that you matter. Many people don’t realize how true that statement really is–they walk around wrestling with their sense of worthiness, trying to find it by running themselves ragged, doomscrolling, and searching for validation in what others think of them. But here’s the truth: none of those things that seem to be able to increase our worth will ever work. You can’t change your worth; it just is. That realization has transformed my life, and I know it can transform yours too. When you can create self-connection, know your worth, and understand that you matter regardless of anything you do or don't do, that is when the magic within you emerges, and your unique energy and gifts ripple through the world. I’m so glad you’re here with me to explore this truth and the wisdom of She Rises. Let’s get started! What you’ll learn:The stories and perspectives from several chapters of the She Rises bookHow cultivating self-connection allows you to answer your inner call with courageThe truth about worthiness: you matter regardless of your achievementsMy experience with chronic fatigue syndrome and how I came to know my worthWhy the most powerful wisdom in She Rises comes from the author’s lived experiences, not just coaching methodsYou can read the full show notes here.Meet the authors of She Rises: Insights and Wisdom from the Women of the Masterful Coach CollectiveMichelle Keil “The Doodle Coach” - Master Certified Holistic Coach and Doodling Coach & InstructorCarla Green - Master Certified Life CoachMargo Fordonski - Master Certified Life Coach & Grief EducatorJackie Swainson - Master Certified Life Coach & Midlife MentorKelly Arthur - Certified Life Coach
Being present in a group of people can feel uncomfortable, and it can be intimidating–scary, even–to open up and be vulnerable with others. But as humans, we need meaningful connection. It is truly one of the most powerful tools we have for growth. In this episode, I’m joined by my friend and colleague, tapping coach Melanie Fay. Together, we are hosting The Deep Reset Retreat this October, and today we’re inviting you into a conversation about the power of being present and having meaningful connection with others–two things that make an in-person women’s retreat such an incredible opportunity for change. We have all felt the effects of isolation over the last several years. While virtual tools expanded our world in many ways, the pandemic also caused us to lose touch with the benefits of in-person connection and the fabric of a community. Many of us continue to feel the impact of this disconnection today.Increasing connection in your daily life is important, but there is nothing quite like stepping into a dedicated space for growth and belonging. When you step away from your familiar roles and responsibilities, you create space to reset and refresh. You experience the safety that allows you to be fully present and find clarity. At The Deep Reset Retreat, a group of women will gather with intention—with the desire to heal, grow, and expand. In such a genuine space, you can feel the energy of support and connection. You can feel the permission to simply be yourself. And from that place, what you most need for your next chapter naturally comes forward. I can’t wait for you to hear all about it in this episode. What you’ll learn:How isolation brings opportunities to see where we’re unfulfilled and make a changeThe power of newness and how a fresh space allows you to see yourself differentlyWhy a sense of belonging is essential for the empowerment that comes from being fully yourselfHow meaningful connection provides the safety and permission we need for growthHow your capacity for being present expands when you travel to a space dedicated to slowing downYou can read the full show notes here.About Melanie FayMelanie is a gifted EFT (Tapping) practitioner and healer who specializes in helping women release emotional wounds from the past to step boldly into their present. Isn't it fascinating that we can work so hard and do all of the things, yet still feel a lack of fulfillment? And when we do have those moments of fulfillment, we often credit it to hustling and overachieving, when that’s not actually where it’s coming from. Your next level of success is not going to come from pushing harder or spreading yourself more thin; it is going to come as you can slow down and hold still long enough for your brilliance to begin to shine.Today, we are talking about a topic very close to my heart: wholeness over hustle–and how finding balance in life allows you to heal from burnout. This theme has been woven throughout this podcast over the years, but I wanted to explore it exclusively today for one very special reason. The book I have co-authored with 12 of my Master Coaches, She Rises: Insights and Wisdom from the Women of the Masterful Coach Collective, is coming out this month, and my chapter is all about why prioritizing wholeness over hustle needs to be the new standard for high-achieving women who want to actually create the life they desire. For too long, hustle culture has conditioned us to believe that we must constantly do more. Not only are we supposed to work harder when it comes to business and finances, but in our personal lives as well. There is pressure—especially for women—to be the glue holding everything together. This is not sustainable, and it’s ultimately causing unbelievably high levels of stress in more of us every day. If you are a high achiever and you’re ready to feel at peace, deeply alive, and actually fulfilled, instead of like you're always running on empty, this episode is truly for you. When you intentionally make space in your life for more downtime and fewer things on your to-do list, not only will you be able to achieve more, but you will connect more in relationships and live the fullest, richest life possible. Truly mastering yourself, your life, and your emotions comes when you know your worth beyond the confines of hustle culture and can cultivate the stillness necessary for real success. I've witnessed the power of this magical secret to personal fulfillment firsthand, and I'm passionate about teaching each of you to achieve it too. Let’s do it!What you'll learn:How my chapter of She Rises provides specific evidence of how slowing down is a strategy for successWhy you can break the pattern of overachieving when you value yourself moreWhat over-responsibility means and a surprising statistic about how it impacts womenHow to begin to know your worth outside of hustle cultureWhy inspiration and creativity can’t flourish when you are overwhelmed by trying to prove yourselfYou can read the full show notes here.Connect with Molly ClaireThe new book, She Rises: Insights and Wisdom from the Women of the Masterful Coach Collective, is coming soon! Have you ever felt like you’re the only one facing challenges while everyone else has it all together? Maybe you’ve also experienced the opposite–people overlook your struggles due to your success. Here’s the reality: everyone struggles–even the most capable, successful people. When we’re in the thick of it, it’s easy to feel isolated, judged, and wonder if we’re the only one who has to overcome challenges. This podcast is about understanding what it really means to master life–it's not about checking boxes, but learning to lean into self-connection as we face the challenges of life that come our way.In this episode, I talk about this topic with one of my good friends and colleagues, Kris Jones. You've probably heard Kris on the podcast before–she is a copywriter who specializes in story brand copy, and she is a brilliant businesswoman. Alongside that success, just like all of us, there have been some significant challenges in Kris’s life. Today, Kris Jones shares her story of navigating challenges with her son, handling judgment from others, balancing her thriving business with her personal life, and ultimately finding strength and joy in the midst of it all.We often compare our internal experiences–the emotions, the struggles, the despair–with what we see on the exterior of someone else’s life. But comparison never gives the full story. We all face challenges that others may not see, just as we’re often blind to the hardships among others' achievements. No one is exempt from having to overcome challenges—you are not alone. Let’s dive into learning how to face life challenges with honesty, resilience, and connection to ourselves. What you’ll learn:The importance of self-connection and working with your own nervous system when facing life challengesWhy it's human to feel sadness and grief when facing judgment from othersHow to navigate business success and personal challenges without burning outWhy you don’t need to feel guilty about finding a creative escape during difficult timesThe key to staying the course and not giving up when you face challenges in lifeYou can read the full show notes here.About Kris Jones:Most coaches don’t have a marketing problem—they have a messaging problem. Your dream clients are likely visiting your website and quietly clicking away, not because your offer isn’t valuable, but because your story isn’t clear. After 23 years crafting stories for brands like Nike and Adidas, Kris Jones discovered a game-changing truth: a single, well-told story can replace all your marketing and double your revenue. As a hand-selected mentee of StoryBrand’s Donald Miller and founder of Red Door Stories, she’s helped hundreds of coaches transform their websites into 24/7 client-attracting machines. Marketing overwhelm ends when you tell the right story. When we think about better time management and how to increase productivity, it’s tempting to believe that if we could perfectly color-code our calendars or find the best scheduling hack, all the overwhelm and stress would disappear. Those of us who have tried those methods time and again, yet still feel overworked and frustrated, know they’re not the quick fix we want them to be. Here’s the good news: increasing productivity gets easier when you embrace holistic time management and accept yourself right where you are.In this episode, I'm thrilled to bring you an incredible interview with productivity coach Neill Williams. Neill is a Master Coach who specializes in helping female entrepreneurs improve productivity, efficiency, and performance, and she hosts the podcast, Success Genius. She is an advocate for taking care of yourself and building a business that truly supports you. You’ll love her insights on how to increase productivity in a way that aligns with the life you want to create. One of the things I admire most about Neill’s approach to productivity is how she focuses on its connection to science and physiology. Productivity isn’t just about the clock—your mind, body, and emotions play a huge role in your time management. When we force ourselves to stick to a calendar or use external tools to fit the mold of productivity, we reinforce patterns of overworking and stress. Neill invites you to accept the unique state of your body, mind, and emotions to unlock a new kind of productivity–one that actually works for you.The most important factor in increasing productivity is taking into account what's happening inside of you–embracing it as part of your efficiency power, rather than something that’s wrong with you. I’m so glad you’re here with me to discover a new way forward. Let’s do it!What you’ll learn:The powerful impact of the nervous system on productivity and performanceWhat to do when your physiology doesn’t match the plan you made on your calendarHow your “body budget” impacts focus and efficiencyExamples of tools to use to calm your nervous system and increase focusWhy slowing down can actually increase productivityYou can read the full show notes here.About Neill Williams Neill Williams is a Master Certified Life Coach, productivity expert, and host of the "Success Genius" podcast. After burning out as a corporate actuary working 60-80 hour weeks, Neill discovered how to leverage neuroscience and circadian rhythms to build successful coaching practice working just 10 hours per week. Diagnosed with multiple autoimmune diseases, Neill dove deep into the intersection of biology and productivity, creating the revolutionary 10-Hour Week Method that helps entrepreneurs get 40 hours of results in just 10 hours. As a mom, wife, and entrepreneur managing health challenges, Neill understands the reality of wearing multiple hats. Her evidence-based approach combines cutting-edge research with practical tools, helping ambitious women integrate work and well-being to achieve more while sacrificing less.Website: https://neillwilliams.com/ Podcast:
