Description
This is the only life we get, so why not make it the best?
As a woman in my 20's with a traumatic background, developing the mindset and abilities to lead an amazing life is no easy task. Here, I share it all: how to get through the tough times, finding your path to success and fulfillment, and taking life as it is.
Straight from the heart, I am here to inspire and give insight on life in all its forms- from health and fitness to relationships and boundaries, even the times where you only have .10 in your bank account.
Relate to me, laugh with me, maybe even cry with me (I won't tell anyone) Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/myranda-tafoya/support

I am BACK and I am BETTER (as everyone always says), but no joke I am back. And also no joke, I am better.
So far this year, I have been pushed to change my perspective on the life I want to lead. In my book, that starts with happiness.
Are you happy? How do you become happy? I know the answer to that question in my own life. Listen in, and maybe you'll be able to answer that question for yourself. <3

Being able to find forgiveness is one of the most important parts of healing from your trauma, despite how difficult it is. In this episode, I talk about was able to forgive my mother, after she stood beside her ex-husband when I revealed that he abused me throughout my childhood; leaving me in Foster Care for 4 years. To things that seem completely unforgivable, I also talk about the inability to forgive those who have hurt us, when the trauma is just too big.
**TRIGGER WARNING** the content in this episode might be hard for some viewers to hear, as it may cause PTSD triggers.
