You can settle and frankly nobody cares.. OR You can refuse to settle for more of the same.. You can tap into a bit of aggression and emotion to fire yourself up into a state of being where you adamantly REFUSE to chill in homeostasis!
In this episode I share some stats about the mind-blowing rate of growth of human power over the last 500 years. Why is it that the scientific revolution changed everything? Can it be boiled down to the fact that asking better questions yields better answers?
What have your questions yielded for you?
Consider that a more rich life exists on the other side of upgrading your questions.
In this episode we discuss some insights around the concept of “Do it anyway”.

There is a serious element of interference keeping us from playing full-out, and that element is - perfectionism. This is our tendency to delay taking action because we aren’t ready yet. This is the tendency we have to start a project, just to scrap it because it is not good enough.
Learning to shift our thinking to one of “This is just an iteration…” This changes the GAME. In this episode we will discuss what this means, and how to implement it into your life.

Do we tend to focus more on GETTING more resources, or fully utilizing the resources we already have? I find it extremely useful to get clear on what resources I currently have access to, which ones I am vastly underutilizing, and how I can begin immediately to use them to get what I want!
There are apps, for example, that we take for granted… We don’t think of them as being a massive ‘resource’ in our arsenal. Airbnb is an example.. How many people actually realize that they have access to homes all around the world, in a way that just a few years ago was NOT a thing?! What can you do with this resource that you haven’t previously considered? This conversation will blow your mind!

Instead of always looking so closely at the details of our interactions with others, or the details of how we execute our tasks during the day, let's shift the focus to the ‘Energy Level’ with which we are operating as we do those things.
Low energy literally produces failure. High Energy significantly boosts performance and I believe that there is no exception to this. In this episode, I will explain why becoming a master of generating peak energy ON DEMAND is the greatest key to unlocking new results in your life!

James Lawrence AKA The Iron Cowboy is a legend. His worlds records for physical endurance are staggering to the mind.
When he completed his most recent feat of 100 Full Distance Triathlons in 100 days, my life was impacted.
In this episode we discuss how we can draw inspiration and energy from what this man is doing and apply it to our own life.
At the end ask yourself this question- Ask your self - what is a thrilling, scary, meaningful target you can create for yourself?

A lot of emphasis get put on ‘motivation’. There is a good reason for that. We love to be motivated.
So often we are TRYING to generate motivation to work harder in our job, our business, or maybe our fitness.. When the thing we are actually missing is a vision that INSPIRES us.
‘Inspiration’ acts like a catalyst that renews our energy, drive, and desire to achieve something awesome.
A couple years ago I told my mentor that I was feeling “unmotivated”. He helped me see that really I just needed to go get inspired!
Todays episode will shed some more light on this idea.

8 Reasons the Marco Polo app deserves your attention
I’m case you have been living under a rock- Marco Polo is basically a combination of FaceTime and a walkie-talkie. My bold opinion is that if you are not leveraging the app Marco Polo, you are seriously missing opportunities.
Here are just 8 massive benefits of making this tool a daily driver for your personal and business communication.
1 -Be notified of your friends’ birthdays, and if they aren’t someone you would call..send them a message more meaningful than a lame text!
2 - Text messages strip away your personality from what you communicate. (Even with emojis 😁) Send a Marco!
3 - Listen to messages in 2X speed = More communication, less time.
4- No need to feel bad for calling at an inconvenient time. If it’s not super urgent, send a marco.
5- Easily Rekindle old friendships with people you probably wouldn’t call on the phone.
6- Build your relationship with Grandma & Grandpa
7- Boost your own mood anytime but sending someone in your contacts an unexpected Marco full of love and energy!
