A long awaited podcast update about what's been going on. As the title indicates, this last three months have been the toughest time of my life. I've been going through an autoimmune flare-up for the last three months that has sent me on a deep healing journey. It's been interesting to feel that once I chose to HEAL my body, not just manage symptoms, this has been a true forging in the fire. The fear, the anxiety, the constant physical pain has been pretty all-consuming. The power of prayer, asking for help when I get overwhelmed, and just letting out some deep needed cries has been incredibly helpful.
