This was my first podcast and I chose to listen to it because of the topic. Going through my own quest of finding what’s best for me. And I loved “I choose not to drink today”. One day at a time. And even if you’re not seeking a sober lifestyle but are sober curious and could benefit from reduction I think that’s a great mantra to live by. I’ve day at a time. Thank you for sharing 💗
