Can someonle please then explain to me how there are loads of other people under much more stress than me but do not suffer from chronic pain. So, how can i get out of my chronic pain i've had now for 5 years when it's impossible to have zero stress. There are days where i'm not under stress but i'm still in loads of pain. What's going on there? I've tried journalling my emotions. Not repressing them. I do over an hr of yoga a night, take time daily and nightly for self care yet i'm still in pain. All of this began 5 year ago when i stopped my SSRI i was on for 7 years. Since then it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I can't do this alone but as a single parent on disability i cannot afford the cost of the 8 week programs to actually work with a pain specialist so i'm left feeling lost and alone. Any advice would be appeciated.

Around 12 minutes you mention taking a break from your pain. How? If that was possible wouldn’t they choose a permanent break from pain?
