Today I gave a talk in church inspired by Sister Craven's talk! it was a very difficult topic for me in the beginning but I believe the spirit guided me to say the right things and I hope very much that you feel the spirit too.

Throughout our lives there are many people that we come across that we will have to forgive for the pain they may have caused us or others. during those hard times where we may struggle to forgive someone the Lord is on our side and wants us to forgive those around us. these are a few stories of people who took the time to forgive those who needed to be forgiven.
Unfortunately I had to cancel this weeks episode of mental health but instead I will be talking about my experience at girls camp this year! it is a little scatter brained but I assure you the spirit was there. I am so thankful for the time I got to spend with such bright lights at girls camp and I hope you get that from this session!
