If we don’t have a plan, evangelism just doesn’t seem to happen. Stephanie discusses ways to train your people how to share the Gospel wherever it is that they go.
Stephanie discusses why changes and adjustments are necessary as we lead our ministries. She offers some helpful suggestions that other pastors have shared with her and discusses the importance of helping our people understand the role of the Holy Spirit. Chapter 5 from Jonathan Dodson's Gospel-Centered Discipleship is attached as a helpful resource.
Stephanie discusses the new challenges that are occurring today, especially in regard to engaging new people with the Gospel. What can we learn from the New Testament? How would your ministry change if your people began “GOING” in new ways? How would your effectiveness grow if your people were confident in sharing the Gospel? How would a better understanding of the Holy Spirit change their confidence in evangelism?
