Avoiding meat and dairy is ‘single biggest way’ to reduce your impact on Earth! I'm shocked a podcast about living a true green life says it is OK to eat meat. If you care about the planet you should also care about animals.

This is a great podcast to give you some little tips and tricks... there are so many pointers in here that jump in my head when I'm about to by something made of single use plastic, or something non-biodegradable. And then I remember the suggested alternative! Great fun, informative, listen!
