Diet culture has really messed with many women for way too many years. I fell into the trap of believing whatever the latest trends were. And consistently, I didn't feel or look any better. The ups and downs of the messaging women receive is so confusing and leads many of us to wish we had a different body and could just lose weight. Today, I am sharing a little from a lifelong journey and the major takeaways I've discovered in the past 2 years.
