Exercise has been one of the biggest solutions for me when it comes to bipolar..... why?
It has been a game changer in helping me get back into this passion of treating my body with love! I lost that passion in all the years I struggled most and neglected to put myself first.
Exercise helps me stay consistent in reaching my goals while enjoying getting outside for a walk, run or hike. It helps me clear my mind and focus on building strength.
Have you tried getting back into an exercise routine? Does it make an impact for you? How do you feel when you honor your body this way?

I am very excited to share this next chapter of the Master Your Mental podcast with you. Tune into this and all future episodes to leave with 1 unique solution every single Monday.
For those who are new, my name is Paris and I was diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder 8 years ago during a hospitalization. I felt alone, terrified and unsure if I would ever share my story and experiences with bipolar. After going back a few years later and working at the exact same facility where I was a patient at, I saw more patterns that needed to be addressed. I decided to make changes and break my silence to help others shatter the stigma, overcome their obstacles and start to create the future they only dreamed of living.
Each episode will feature a tip or solution related to bipolar disorder from myself or a guest of mine. All guests will share one solution and the value it has brought to their life to help with bipolar personally or for a loved one they know.
Love you all and let's keep featuring more solutions to keep smashing that stigma and staying on the path of forward momentum!
