I am someone that enjoys talking and someone that needs to make content so here is my own Podcast so that I can fulfill those two avenue!

I talk about topics akin to Living Well and Sleeping Well. Such as mental/physical health, emotions, gaming, Tech gears, life, problems, solutions, etc.

Me personal: I am an Hmong American Artist that wants to do music both in Hmong and English. Create content that everyone can enjoy. Help with what I can and bring a positive impact to the Hmong Community and to my City's Community by sharing my passion.

It's okay to go away and come back to something. Or to make sure to take care of what takes precedences. My experience and some examples for you.
Rent-A-Girlfriend is a series that I enjoy! Talking about the series a bit and my enjoyment of it.
How to stay consistent? How to maintain discipline? You have to not give up even if you mess up.
Something more light hearted and fun for a episode. Talking about things I enjoy such as hobbies, games, and anime. How that can relate to living well and sleeping well. Mostly just sharing things that I enjoy.
A short overview of how to take care of your physical health. Nutrition. Starting small. Lit work out if you can. Staying consistent. Calories in, Calories out.
Making decisive choices will help you tune into your goals. Decisive choice into excuting that game plan, and lastly to seeing if you got the results you wanted.
Relationships and friendships? What's the difference? How do you navigate that world? Personal experience?
If you want someone like that in your life then be that person for you and for that future significant other.
How do you over come negative thoughts? What about Sleep and discipline? Self-care/love and what does that look like?
Getting things together! It felt like it's been a month since we last talked! I'm back on it! I'm here to stay. :)
The usual talks about my day and nostalgia with Survival horror games.
Coming back after forgetting a day. Talk about my usual day and  wanted to talk a little bit about an experience I had with alcohol. My 30min YouTube ep is still uploading so it'll probably won't be up  till after 3-4 hours lol because it is rendering and uploading.
Today is a good day and I am feeling great about how the future is panning out.
Changing to morning recording and uploadings. Talking about my teeth and other something I forget about lol.
Finished my video today but won't upload and final recording tomorrow :) Too drain to detail the rest of the ep. Only 25min today Sorry. :(
Today work work. Too much work to describe this podcast tonight.
Exciting things to come, late night, I can talk all day, I'm easily distracted, etc, etc. If you are watching the video then you would notice that I have 2 friendly flys with me today lol. They are here for the night I guess lol.
