The author of Hands Free Mama, which is one of my favorite books of all time, Rachel joins the show to talk about how important it is to break out of the fog of distraction and to-dos in order to be present for your children. Today I am going to be sharing something that I consider a “free pass” to a full, abundant, and happy life: manifesting. This is something that I believe in wholeheartedly, but it is often overlooked as some sort of hocus pocus. So in this episode, I will explain how to use manifestation in your life in order to make your dreams a reality. You can find show notes and more information by clicking here: https://bit.ly/2N6ypfc

The first time I saw you was on Michael and Alex vlog. I just adored you from day 1. Seriously kindred spirits we are honey. This struck a nerve and I mean a deep one. After my parents died I became psychotic with grief and anxiety. I hit rock bottom girlfriend. A very special man in my life. We never dated but in my eyes he is perfect for me. I love him on a different level much much more than romantic because I honestly don't love him that way, yet. I can see it going there. He stirs something special in my soul. He would open up to me in ways where he let his guard down around me. I made him comfortable. What we had was special. Now he is gone from me. I don't know where he is. I miss him so much. I've done much work on myself, moved away and I'm still doing work on me. I'm not fully well yet but I'm making strides. I can't help thinking about him listening to what you and Kyle went through. I don't want another man in my life but him. Maybe we will not be a proper couple but he is my soulmate. Soulmates don't always get married sometimes they do. Timing...I'll wait while still mending what broke in me. Great podcast😘🙏

i just listened to #4 on relationships. I must say, being married 24 years and having a great relationship witb my husband, I still learned from you both and LOVED it. Relationships are truely work, but sooo rewarding if you both work at it and stay committed to each other!💕 I love your podcast!

Ok! I'm glad you shared this. I lost both parents 8 months apart from each other, very suddenly. my heart is shattered, my family is no more. i wanted to end my life I'm an only child and I have no idea what to do now. that happened 4 years ago. since their deaths, I lost a job that I enjoyed, lost all my money, credit crashes, no home, no car, living pillar to post with people who were not nice to me. was blamed and mistreated for having my emotions. lost friends who turned their backs on me during this crisis. Then I had a stroke. All of that was 18 months after their deaths. just recently in the last few months I finally accepted that I'm hurt, they are gone but I'm still alive I have to fight for myself. this spoke to me in such a deep deep way. I can't imagine having your kids snatched like that. sooooo unfair. I looked closely at JOY! I have slowly regained my JOY! I survived and I'm still here. I can't wait for your book. In my BEST Reba voice I'm A Survivor ❤❤❤

hmmmm I've given up on love. the man I thought I was going to marry devastated me by dating multiple women. in our faith dating and courtship is not a toy. I had no way to know he wasn't serious. I actually thought he was getting ready to propose. I just can't give myself up to another man again. so if you and Kyle have some words and advice I'll listen heart open wide. I think I should be by myself. maybe God wants me to be single so I can use my freedom for other missions.

On a side note...I remember when you first started YouTube doing makeup videos in front of your sequined back drop hahah...and I have been here as you have evolved. I love the progression! I remember watching you in the beginning and thinking this girl is so happy and full of life and I get energized just watching her....and it's still true today. Thank you for sharing this message and thank you for sharing your life with the world.
